Peach Buko Mallow Cake on a rainy Friday...♥

Hmm, a rainy Friday we have in Bacolod...due to "Typhoon Sendong." :-(
I passed by the Organic Festival at the back of the Provincial Capitol and was planning to browse around but unfortunately, it was raining non-stop, decided to drive home instead before the downpour got heavy;
planning to be back there, though, before the festival ends on Dec.20th
~ can't say no to the invitation of my friend Ramon "Chin-Chin" Uy, Jr. of Fresh Start Organics!

Peach Buko Mallow Cake
I served my loved ones ~ with 'Christmas design' of Peach Halves and red & green Cherries I put on top of it! ♥
